We produce our preserves in a safe way and in compliance with current food hygiene regulations. We make use of the consultancy of a biological technician and our machinery is designed to guarantee very high levels of safety during each phase of the production process.

The company is equipped with two modern production lines and has obtained the Quality System Certification according to the standard ISO 9001:2000.

Accurate analysis are regularly carried out, both on raw materials and on the final products.
